Hewlett Packard Compaq nc6220 (EK064ES) PC Notebook

The computer I bought - an HP/Compaq nc6220, is old but cheap now but they were heavy duty business laptops in their day. I've had an identical one at work since 2006. It arrived, well packaged and reasonably promptly, (though there wasn't any communication before it arrived) and the postage was very reasonable (less than £10). This is particularly good since there were no surcharges for delivery to the outer fringes of the UK; some other vendors were asking £30 which is a lot compared to the price of the laptop itself. The laptop had obviously been well cleaned and the battery life is exceptionally good - advertising 3 hours+, (much better than my work machine), though I haven't run it that long yet.

The disk is clean - it has Windows XP and OpenOffice and a few accessories set up and looks like a completely new installation; it doesn't need any disk defragmentation at all. Just the job for carrying about without having to worry too much if it's damaged or lost. All in all I'm very pleased.

it is just okay just like the seller described it. I bought it because I considered the price good. the laptop has been working well. I have no regrets buying it.
