Heroes - Series 2 - Complete (DVD)

I avoided this series as it was always compared to comic book stories which are not really to my taste but although a comic book is central to the story it is only one aspect of it.If you like your scifi/fantasy to be good drama and not simplistic, have good actors and SFX try Heroes

I was lent the first season of Heroes by a friend and quickly became a fan of the series. This second season is fantastic. Picking up where the first season had finished setting the scene and introducing the characters, the second season starts to get very exciting. I really am hooked and would recommend Heroes to eveyone. hereas Lost began so well and then regressed into the ridiculous I feel that Heroes does maintain consitence between the fisrt two seasons, I hope this continues into seasons 3 and 4 as well!

The complete series 2 was a programme i really enjoyed. Due to work i missed half of it. So i was really pleased to see it on e bay. I won the DVD. The special effects and the different people that have powers kept me glued to my seat. Ordinary people coping with life and there abilities. Amasing

Although i have seen it - its a great series my daughter-in-law wanted for a birthday present she will love it plus i can watch it again too!!.

My daughter had just come out of hospital and was housebound for several weeks, and we were both disappointed that we had missed the second series for Heroes. This DVD couldn't have come at a better time. We thoroughly enjoyed the DVD's, they were in excellent condition and we managed to catch up with the series on TV. I am now selling the DVD's on ebay, what an excellent service they provide.

This was a great film and kept me entertaind thouh out the whole time i was viewing it. great film and quality recording.

It was recommended by a friend so i watched a couple of episodes and just had to get the series. Its billiant give it a try.

Heroes is fantastic. The story is well written with plenty of twists and the special effects are amazing. After watching one episode you just have to watch more. I watched the first series on DVD and then had to buy the second. Although the second series has only half the number of episodes of the first it is still too good to miss.

This is a brilliant series. Full of heroes and might. Definetly watch! We pick up after the first season. And we are introduced to a different time in which hiro has travelled back to.....

Heroes is a serial saga about people all over the world discovering that they have superpowers and trying to deal with how this change affects their lives. Some of the superheroes who will be introduced to the viewing audience include Peter Petrelli, an almost 30-something male nurse who suspects he might be able to fly, Isaac Mendez, a 28-year-old junkie who has the ability to paint images of the future when he is high, Niki Sanders, a 33-year-old Las Vegas showgirl who begins seeing strange things in mirrors, Hiro Nakamura, a 24-year-old Japanese comic-book geek who literally makes time stand still, D.L. Brill - next best thing to Lost. Like Lost but less thinking involved - what you see is what you get...with lots of cliff hangers.

Whats not to like about it... If your looking at buying it then you wont be disappointed, I was going to watch a couple of episodes and ended up watching the lot so be prepared for an all nighter... twists and turns all the way.
