Hellraiser Bloodline would indeed be a disappointment for die hard Hellraiser fans, if the only reason they watched was for the violent gore that we have come to expect from Pinhead and the gang. However, its not actually that bad. The acting is woeful, but what do we expect in horror films like this? Its an interesting story, and an interesting change of direction for the characters. Dont buy for the gore, but if you are a hellraiser fan, its worth having in the collection.

) I decided to buy the hell raiser dvd because i had been looking for it everywhere for my mum as a gift but couldnt find it,when i received it i was really pleased with the speed in which it came and the quality of the product was excellent.when i then passed it on to my mother she was thrilled,shes watched it several times and said she hasnt had any problems with it.Iwould use this buyer again as i dont have to worry abut my item not coming or it being poor quality.

) I bought this film because i'm a fan of the whole Hellraiser cronicles and I wanted to know how it all began as this film goes into the history of how the puzzle box was created and how the whole thing started. From that point of view it was interesting to find out about how it all began, but the film as a whole was a bit disappointing, Pinhead seems to have lost some of his menace and his oneliners are sounding slightly cheesy. It's not a bad film, it's just not that good either. However, if you're a fan like me you'll probably enjoy it. The next one in the series (which is number 5 of 8) Hellraiser inferno is much better.

Hellraiser 4 - BloodlineNow usually sequels deteriorate as the numbers of them increase. If I was reviewing Hellraisers 5 - 8 I would say this was also true. However the same cannot be said of this film. In fact it loses no ground on its predecessors, has a good story line and is well acted. A must for any Pinhead fan.

Here they are in the future where a descendant has created a large space station just to trap & kill Pinhead and so it seems at the end. The tell in this 1 where and how the puzzle box came to be, if you love hellraiser, then you HAVE to have this 1, as it originates the as & the hows.
