When it came out this was a real surprise to me. Why hadn't I heard of Gordon Haskell before? He is obviously stands out from many better known singers that fill the supermarket CD racks. In fact he has been honing his unique art on the music circuits for years, giving audiences performances that make people cry, laugh and fall in love. At last he got the recognition he deserves. His mellow, jazz tinged singing with top class accompanists perfectly complements his perceptive lyrics - buy this one or any of his other CDs - you won't be disappointed if you appreciate real music.
