Album Notes A collection of the most popular tracks by the new romantic/pop act who formed in Birmingham in the late 1970's. Between 1981 and 1989 Duran Duran had 13 top ten hits, and they are all included here, including 'Is There Something I Should Know' and 'The Reflex', which were both no.1 singles. This repackaged version also includes a bonus DVD featuring all of the band's videos, including the epic video for 'Wild Boys'. | |||||||||
Reviews  Duran Duran Greatest CD (+DVD)Review created: 10/07/06(updated 10/07/06) by:  A very good compliation of all the DURAN DURAN hits from early songs such as Planet Earth through the hits Rio, Wild Boys right up to later tracks such as Ordinary World and Notorious and a couple of songs I didn't know. I am not exactly a big fan of the band but I bought the CD because I am collecting greatest hits or "best of" CD's of a lot of artists and this looked good value as I found all the hits I was expecting on this GREATEST CD. Plus there is the bonus DVD with videos of most of the tracks. Please note that although the DVD is rated certificate 18 some of the more raunchy videos such as Girls On Film are edited or censored versions (shame!). Also note that there are 2 versions of this CD one with the DVD and one without it, so check this out before buying if you want the DVD as well.
