Frank Sinatra - My Way (The Best Of Frank Sinatra) (CD 2005)

I love the fact that it has all his most memorable tracks on it and especially the ones i like. It hardly looked used. I have previously bought a Frank Sinatra CD, but it wasn't as good, this one however, was perfect for me.

Good range of original Frank Sinatra's hit songs. For me, this CD covers enough of Frank not to need to buy further CD' s from same artist.

how could you not like this album frank sinatra is a god amongst singers its a easy listening too album and has all hes great songs and more from new york new york to lady is a tramp.

the cd was perfect,arrived promptly,now i enjoy peaceful listening.may well start a whole sinatra collection.

All the songs are his best recordings of these tiles (not early versions that sound nothing like him) when his voice was at its best.
If you are a Sinatrs fan/or not this cd is a must.

If your only a part time listener to Crooners,This double /cd is a great introduction,the first cd is full of CLASSIC sinatra tracks.the second cd is rather more his experimental attempt to do songs done well by the original artists .sinatra does struggle with a few songs,generally because they are not really his style. but nice try old blue eyes.well worth buying.

I was really happy when i found this best of album. It has all Sinatra's greatest tracks and is ideal especially for new Sinatra fans looking to start their old blue eyes collection.
Just a couple of things though - regardless off seller, on every page of ebay containing this cd there is a section that says additional infomation 'copyright of muse inc'. It gives the track listing plus album notes for the album my way and lists the producer as Don Costa. These album notes appear to be refering to the 1969 album My way by Sinatra and Don Costa. So anyone thinking this is that album - its not!
This album contains all the big Sinatra hits. However these are not always the original recordings. Some are live preformances and others appear to be re recordings and Sinatra's voice is noticeably older on some of these tracks.
All things considered i am very happy with the cd. Its my first Sinatra cd and it has 99% of the songs i wanted. I dont mind that some of the tracks are live or later recordings,i like that variety! I think the discription of this item on ebay should be changed to reflect this.
The sound quality is pretty good. If your new to Sinatra or you've only listened to him on cd and digital format your not gonna notice but for those of you who have Sinatra on vinyl or cassette (including my dad) you May think the sound quality is not quite as good in comparison. The general consensus is that the 'digital remasterers' have not quite got it right yet on any of the many albums that have been re released after being digitally remastered. Nothing major though. Not enough to ruin your enjoyment of this fantastic cd!
Go ahead and buy this cd,if only for Frank's fabulous rendition of Mack the knife!

There were certain tracks i was searching for and was unable to find in any of the superstores. This CD contains all the best tracks that Sinatra ever recorded in my opinion. I was very pleased when a quick search came up with this double CD on ebay and won for £2.77 plus postage!!!

I would recommend this CD to any Sinatra Fans.

And it seems there are plenty more available on Ebay.

i was surfing through music cds .when i came across this Frank Sinatra cd ,it was what i was looking for as it has all the songs i was interested in . mostly when you buy a cd or tape there a few you like and a lot you don.t.this one however i like them all , with out the ebay site i would have never have found it, and if i had it would have cost a lot more from a shop,every thing i have bought of ebay i have been pleased with. keep up the good work . I had thought that I had heard all of Sinatra's recordings. However, each track is crystal clear Hi-Fi and like taking away heavy curtains between you and Francis Albert. Just buy it!

what can u say? you dont become a legend without having a voice like his! unfortunately album has more jazz and more live recordings than i expected!

Classic voice. Forty six songs on the album, the majority of which I hadn't heard before but Sinatras' voice is just purely listenable.

This is a must for any music lover, Sinatra at his best. Smoochy songs-Love songs- Songs you can kick you legs around too!!.Songs you can join in to, and songs you can just listen to and let the magic of Sinatra wash over you. a winner all the way!!
