Fleetwood Mac - Tango In The Night (CD 1987)

Softly in the background or full on blaring out in the car this is popular music of the highest calibre and is hard to get tired of. This album has some great tracks reminiscent of simpler more innocent times. Of all their albums this is my second favourite after 'Rumours'. Still fresh and warmly nostalgic at once. Sit back, chillax and enjoy the ride.

Bought this album when it first came out, for it's time it was a kind of new sound for Fleetwood Mac(Little Lies did very well in the charts), I made a few copies onto tape which I used to play at work back in the late 80's, a few friends asked for copies because they loved the music - so it was popular, my old cd got damaged recently so I bought another here on e-bay.

If you like this group or this type/era of music this is one album worth listening to.

Tango in the night is a perfectly crafted album which stands up to almost everything else in their catalogue. The power in the vocals and drumming is particularly noticeable as is the counter point of Lyndsey B's arpeggiated guitar parts. John McVie's bass provides clear direction and purpose.

Backing vocals are of their time with a lot of Oohing and Ahhing!

If you want a nostalgic trip back in time to big hair and shoulder pads, buy this album. It has great song writing and real musicianship crafted over years of touring.

If your looking for the band's pinnacle, I'd go for "Rumours" but this comes a very close 2nd and the development of musical influence and style between the 2 decades.

I had this album when Fleetwood Mac were in their hey day and have been looking for itr on CD ever since, so glad I found it on e-bay at such a good price!!

i love the songs and music by fleetwoodmac it was an excellent buy so decided to purchace it and i am so glad i did, excellent easy to listen to music of my era, you just can't go wrong

such a classic album-love it,its not out of place in todays musical world,stevie nicks beautiful voice is so utterly distinctive and wonderfully strong throughout the album with brilliant back up.Such a must have for evening i with a drink,log fire and sofa or chilling out on a long road trip!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my girlfriend to replace a tape of the music that she had years earlier. The CD was in first class condition, even though used it looked and played like new. The music is crystal clear and brings back many memories of Fleetwood Mac when they were at their heyday. A 'Super Group' of the past and still excellent today. If you have never heard Fleetwood Mac, then you are missing out. Go and buy a CD and be entertained.

after a false start, first disc was faulty, second disc arrived no problems and is o.k. more than happy with service

not as good as i remember it, shame because i used to listen to them all the time, but has aged. Regret buying.

Some Great songs like Big Love Tango in the night, Everywhere, Little Lies, A good album pop/rock music with the three main members writing the songs this is Fleetwood Mac at its best in my opinion the song writing of Lyndsey Buckingham on many of the songs including the title track this is worth buying if your just getting into the Mac or already a fan adding it to the collection, with some good songs that has to played again as its very addictive listening.

More of an up-beat/pop CD from Fleetwood Mac, all tracks well worth a listen, if you enjoy easy listening, foot tapping tunes try this!! Excellent.

A blast from the past - As always Fleetwood Mac deliver well written songs, performed by fine musicians. Not their best album but still very good and a fine example of their work

absolutley fantastic! have always listened to fleetwood mac,they seem to get better and better the more i listen to them.This album is just as good as their other albums if not better!

I bought this on cd as I had it on cassette and I am upgrading all my cassettes to cd and Fleetwood Mac are brilliant.

Being a Fleetwood Mac fan I already have the vinyl 12" for this album.Alongside 'Rumours' these are possibly their best latter day albums in my opinion. So I just had to have the CD version too.
