Fleetwood Mac - The Best Of Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac (CD 2002)

I had a request from my dad to find an early fleetwood mac cd with peter green on it. It was easy to find and really good value. He only wanted it for one track, he said he wasn't keen on the rest of the cd. When I phoned my mum she said he plays all the cd all day long and was amazed when I told her he had said he only liked one track. Because it was so cheap to buy even with postage, I bought him loads of other stuff as well. Dad thinks I spent a fortune on him. Happy days

A great cd which chronicles the early days of Fleetwood Mac. Includes all their hits such as Albatross, Black Magic Woman, Oh Well, Man Of The World etc and lots of other blues influenced tunes and covers such as Shake Your Moneymaker.
An additional bonus is Chicken Shack's (Christine McVie on lead vocals) cover of the Etta James classic I'd Rather Go Blind. Worth every penny, a piece of Rock music history!

this album is a mix of blues, amazing voice, great build up and kick in's and very melodic in places too, what more do you need. top class.

Great music from Great Musicians of a time gone buy, any one wanting to get into early English blue's, will find a great selection, highly recomendable.

The best of classic blues rock of the era. This is a piece of my cultural history and well worth a listen. A reminder of Fleetwood Mac before they went stateside. I like listening to them then as well!
