Fishing For Beginners - Coarse Fishing (DVD)

I decided to buy the dvd because I took up fishing and had no knowledge of the sport. The item was in excellent, as advertised condition.The dvd gave very good information, especially the parts about the rigs. I would reccommend it to a new fisherman because it covered everything I needed to know to get me started.I wouldnt have changed anything about it as it filled all my expectations.

This dvd is ideal for anyone new to fishing.
There's so much information and very easy to follow.

So much of this DVD is wasted on the act of landing fish that have been hooked. There is very little instruction involved and it is so repetative.
As a beginner I wanted to know more about the different types of rig to use in different conditions. Here the DVD completely fails as it illustrates just three situations with hardly any detail of assembling a rig.
The section on float fishing contains some useful tips but again the editor seems to run out of ideas and all we get is sprat size roach being cayght time and time again.
This is at best a "watch once and put aside" DVD
