If you are a fan of good music then this album could be for you. Feeder have had some great songs over the years, and most of them are on this album. If you like feeder but don't have any of their albums (or even if you have 1 or 2.. or even if you have them all!) then I would advise you to buy this album.

Lots of good songs all on one CD from a briliant band, it can't be good for your health!
