This album contains all their best songs, the ones which are the most beloved by the fans. 17 singles and three new songs, "Lost & found", "Burn the bridges", "Save us". All released later on as singles except "Burn the bridges".
COME BACK AROUND
One of the rockiest songs they've ever written, with great melody and lyrics. Simply amazing and probably the greatest on the "comfort in sound" album.
BUCK ROGERS
They were going to give this one away to an american band who needed a single, but they decided to keep it. Typically rock, it's one of the band's greatest singles. Who's never heard this one to the radio is probably from Mars.
SHATTER
Very fast song,i t was originally a b-side, but the fans wanted it released as a single, and luckily Shatter was released as a double a-side with "Tender". One of the hardest songs they wrote, but it doesn't lack of melody! It's my personal favourite Feeder track.
JUST THE WAY I'M FEELING
Lyrically dark, is one of their most beautiful songs. It's a 4:20 ballad that was written at the end of the making of the album "Comfort in sound". Stunning, and my second favourite.
LOST & FOUND
Ultra heavy. An "urban love song" as Grant's used to describing it.
JUST A DAY
Considered by many the best they've done. Started off as a b-side! Fucking awesome! It's the main song of the Play Station game "Gran Turismo 3".
HIGH
An old song, it is full of feeling and it has one of the most beautiful choruses of all their works. Epic.
COMFORT IN SOUND
Another of my favourites. The version on this record isn't the same that appeared on the "Comfort in sound" album. This one is faster and the music is far louder. A pure melodic rock song. It has great lyrics, too.
FEELING A MOMENT
A great song; Grant Nicholas, the singer, calls this one as "Just the way I'm feeling" part 2, because the lyrics are considered a follow-up of it. My 4th favourite!
BURN THE BRIDGES
Strong song. Definitely one of their best. Not as heavy as Lost & found, but it has a similar vibe to "Come back around".
TUMBLE AND FALL
This is the one I like the least of this album. "High" part two in Grant's opinion. A very good track anyway, sounds very simple and immediate to me.
FORGET ABOUT TOMORROW
This song includes the use of a 23 piece orchestra. A great song, it talks about carrying on when something's wrong, about being strong. Very passionate.
TENDER
A love song. It has a bit of rock'n'roll style in my opinion. The music includes the use of the piano.
PUSHING THE SENSES
Very fast and rock, one of the hardest on the album. Great melody and uplifting chorus.
SAVE US
It sounds a bit of an anthem. The music is quite heavy, same style of Burn the bridges, but this one is more melodic and anthemic. Great piano intro and my 3rd favourite!
SEVEN DAYS IN THE SUN
A stunning heavy rock song, the lyrics are very ironic. It always makes me laugh when I listen to it.
INSOMNIA
It has a bit of a punk rock song, anyway with a very mature sound to it.
TURN
A dark song. Great lyrics, strong anthemic chorus!
YESTERDAY WENT TOO SOON
This song, at least in my opinion, has the best lyrics they've ever written.
According to Grant the title sounds like a James Bond film.
SUFFOCATE
Originally written in 1994, it was an acoustic track, appeared on their debut album in 1997. A good slow song, it was remixed and released as a single in 1998. This version is the reworked one, that is a full band version, not the original acoustic!

CD is exactly as expected, a great buy. If you love or even like Feeder, you will love this cd. Full of all the hits that you may have forgotten, and will quickly come back to you.

Feeder is by one of the greatest bands I know, although many people are like 'The who?' when you mention their name, you can bet they will at least know one of their songs, just without realising who did it. I, myself, prefer their more accoustic type of songs but really the Feeder-The Singles has got something that everyone will enjoy, and without a doubt I would recommend it to anyone...even got my brother into it, hehe. GET IT! Too good to miss out on, 5***** all the way.

I love this album to be honest. Although the singles does not have all the best songs it still ROCKS. Could be the last album with Grant Nicholas rumoured to be goin solo? But i had to have it to complete my collection. Feeder please keep on ROCKING! :)

I LOVE this album. I bought it cos I'm a bit of an old fart rock chick and I've loved the stuff they've had out in the charts, so i thought I'd get myself the singles collection. It is superb! Its a wicked mix of all the old faves like Just the Way I'm Feelin and Buck Rogers with a couple of newies thrown in as well. Even the "ballads" rock!! Theres nothing bad I'd like to say about it - only feed me more Feeder!! I'll probably go off to Ebay and find some other Feeder albums on the cheap!!! Plus they're one of the best rock acts to come out of Wales - we get all the best rock bands!! (Stereophonics, Bullet for my Valentine to name just a couple)! ROCK ON!!!

Awful. A cheap copied cd, no case or even sleeve. No mention of copy in item description, and picture of 'stock photo' was of the actual album cover. Seller was sent a msg regarding the above but was no longer registered as an ebay user. Cd will only play on a PC, will noy play on any normal cd players.
Rip-off

If you love chilling music buy this CD as it is a cool and quite loud! but you dont need to like the band and there music as there everyones cup of tea

This has lots of great rock song but there is something different. I usually listen to more pop/indy song but i love a lot of the songs on this album. Songs like 'Just the way i'm feeling' are different and really great.

it is what it says on the tin great tracks great lyrics that really get into your brain & makes you start singing along with them not one bad song if you have not got any feeder cds then this is the one to start with buy enjoy

ou should deffinitely get it if your a fan of Feeder and missing a few albums- or if like me you don't own any. I always liked Feeder but for some reason never bought an album. I'm glad I finally did- if you like Feeder then what better album to buy than one with all their greatest singles on it?

this compilation album has many classics which made Feeder great. Twenty songs which will leave you gobsmacked from start till finish. Deffenately one for the colelction

Superb album full of the finest these british rockers have to offer. Full of life and makes you feel good to be alive. If you get chance, seek out the video to 'just a day' ......brilliant!

Just goes to show that when it comes to high energy music we don't always have to leave it to our American cousins to show us the way. Reminds me of a grown up version of Busted. Great catchy tunes with an edge and all over in 3 minutes, just like the punk era.

I'm off to go and play it again!!

this is a must have for any feeder fan, from the melancholy just the way im feeling to the upbeat buck rogers this cd has something for everybody, it includes all the hits so saves on buying several different cd's, definitely worth the money especially if you get it second hand for a couple of pounds.

This is a great album and well worth buying. It has some very good songs on, even if a few at the end aren't up to much.

Having seen the adverts for this CD I decided to purchase it. Having looked in various shops I found the price varied considerably I decided the best solution was to look on Ebay. On looking up the group I found the choice very good, I was also made aware of other titles unknown to me. Having missed some bids I continued to watch and wait for the quality and condition that I wanted. My time was well spent as I finally made a purchase that was exactly what I required. The album is great and purchased with a saving.

After listening to the Feeder album 'Comfort In Sound', I developed a taste for the musuc of Feeder. I also loved the video played on Kerrang which featured all their fans and not a single piece of footage involving the band. So anyway, I decided to treat myself to Feeder - The Singles, from eBay.co.uk. I bought the album new and loved it! It is amazing how many songs you have heard and don't assocuate with the group! Well worth a punt and caters for all tastes, pop to modern rock. A great album 5/5.

One of the best albums i've bought recently, containg some real classics such as buck rodgers, just a day & tumble & fall. A real good listen!

I decided to buy this CD for my son as he really wanted it. For all music cd's, dvd's and computer games I always shop on ebay because they are always cheaper and delivery is usually quite quick.

Great album.all the songs they have released in the charts plus some you wont have heard of that are comming out soon
