Father Ted - Complete (DVD 2003)

i bought this dvd from ebay ,it turned up as a four pack of copy discs written on with black permanant marker pen.when i tried to contact the seller of this item they had been removed and no longer a user,ebay asked me to contact the seller of the items to resolve the issue.. but how could i ,as no longer being registered with ebay the email and member contact facility was also removed. i realise that ebay can not monitor such a sale but surely they have credit card and verification details of users enough to trace back on behalf of the customer. selling dvds like this is obviously highly illegal in the realms of copywrite theft .and also very annoying when my money has been taken for goods advertised like this..yet not the real thing.
