The Fast And The Furious - Tokyo Drift (DVD)

i love this film it's 110% action for the full film it's not the best scripted film ever i admit that, but it is most definatly entertaining.

it's the type of film i would say is directed at younger kids than adult's due to the structuring and the content but most definatly wrth the money.

I bought this dvd because a friend of mine already had it and said it was a really good film. She was right. There are some fantastic cars and some even more fantastic car chase scenes though out the film. The sound track is pretty good too.

If you love fast cars, you would love this film

This film has no story line and in reality is a total waste of 2 hours. The first 2 films are a lot better with better race scenes and a bigger thrill.

This film has cheap actors, cheap story and the only reason I give it a 'below average' mark instead if 'poor' is due to a couple of half decent race scenes.

Don't waste your time with this....

Even though I do not rate Vin Diesel he at least brought a bit of excitement to the first 2 films.

my son waited along time for this dvd and it was lost in the post so he has not got this one yet i will try someone else i think this is very poor

Great film, If you have seen the first and second movie then this one is a must, Great cars and driving with action all the way.

This is one of those movies that you watch over and over again, so if youra fast and the furious fan then this is for you...

I decided to buy this film because I had only seen the start of it, and wanted to see the rest. I liked it because it was entertaining and full of fast cars. 5*

On the evidence of The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Cars isn't the only cartoon about gas-guzzling hot-rods this summer. The third instalment in the low-rent, speed-freak franchise, it's the usual mix of dumb heroics and gleaming car porn, with Lucas Black standing in for Paul Walker as the Southern boy up to his redneck in trouble on Japan's mean streets. In a head-to-head with its predecessors, Justin Lin's sequel beats 2 Fast 2 Furious but comes miles behind the 2001 original.

"It's not the ride, it's the rider! " crows Alabama teenager Sean (Black), shortly before totalling his Chevy in an illicit street race with a rich jock rival. The fallout sees him packed off to Tokyo to live with his estranged father - though it's not long before he's back behind the wheel, this time in a car-park duel with 'DK' (Brian Tee), king of the city's underground petrolhead circuit.

Space being at a premium in Japan, though, the locals have learned 'drifting': a high-octane form of skidding that sees them manipulate their motors around hairpin bends and impossibly tight corners. Can 'gaijin' Sean master this skill and prove his mettle in this unfamiliar new world?

Injecting its bouts of tyre-shredding and clutch-crunching with risible Eastern philosophy and the obligatory romantic subplot, Lin's enjoyably stupid action flick keeps the thrills coming thick and, er, fast. And if you make it to the finish line, you're rewarded with a cameo from a muscular favourite whose smirk tells us everything we need to know about this shamelessly trashy enterprise.

One of te best films I have seen for a very long time. I have seen all three now and could watch then over and over again. Well worth the money!!!

this movie like the previous fast and furious movies is full of speed and has a dcent story line this is not just a man movie it is a great chick flick too!!

This is a great film. Maybe not quite as good as the first too but still on par. The story is a bad boy gone good ish with a lot of drifting. It has funny and sad moments but is all round a good film. Would have benefitted from a little more concentration on the cars and races but there is enough for it to be a great film.

Good entertaining film, nothing too heavy or hard to follow. Action is fast and exciting and a must see for fans of the Japanese car tuning scene like me!

The film is excellent anyone who hasnt seen it or even has seen it and doesnt have it on dvd should get it its pumped up with action and one or 2 sad bits and lots of breath taking bits it is a must see or a must buy

A rebellious American teen, with a penchant for racing fast cars and getting into trouble with the law, is sent to live with his father in Japan. There he gets drawn into the undergound 'drift-racing' scene and immediately makes an enemy of the local bad boy, after taking a fancy to his girlfriend. He allies himself with the gangster's partner/rival in order to beat him on the road and for the girl - with action-packed results.

The latest instalment in the series suffers somewhat from the lack of a star name, although look out for a cameo from Vin Diesel in the last few minutes. Certainly nowhere near as good as the first movie, it's a nice little no-brain affair, but maybe not one you would revisit too many times.

Awful, really really poor.... Dont waste your time and money... The best bits vin deisels 20 second guest appearence.

son has watched all there movies , he loves cars and all the racing excitement,so can highly recomend any of this series

The best of the trilogy and the one that really had to do with Jap tuned cars which the idea of the movie is really about

i bought it for my son, he loves the film as much as the other fast and furious films he has, i have not seen it yet but matthew has and he said it is
one of his favourite films along with the other fast and furious titles.

i also bought the movie because i didn't have it on dvd but of course i do now.

£3 something was a quite good price for a dvd and a dvd like that.

Good film overall. Better than the previous two. I didn't like the part of the training. It reminded me of rocky. The rest is very exciting and entertaining with good scenes.

brought the dvd as i wanted to see th film and belive the film is good to watch and if its like the last one it should be fun to watch and im sure it was a fair good price to be able to enjoy it to thanks

Decided to buy from this seller due to his feedback and the price. Wish I had not now as there are too many sellers like this one who build their feedback up and then fail to return feedback. In my book if the person has paid you, you should leave them feedback straight away as you have their money first. My feedback would be a lot higher if it was not people like this.
