if you want a car action film these are for you it is a great thrill every time i watch these. what a movie the chases are exhilarating, the only downside i noticed is how realistic the driving is, for example it will go to a scean where the characters are in a car and if you listen to the engine you will hear them change gear about 7 or 8 times and that inst normal; lol.

Bought it for our son because he only had the first one..Now he watches them one after the other and is waiting for the new one to come out on Dvd.An excellent trilogy.

To be honest anyone who has seen the Fast and Furious films probably has to admit that at times the story is more than a little strained...

However the main point of these films is fast cars, fast women and big tunes and it delivers these is spades.

With the next installment on it's way this is the perfect way of getting up to speed with the characters and the cars. With the added bonus that you don't need to buy the three films individually :-D

As far as I can tell there is no express 'bonus' to the collected version of all three films rather than the three individual movies. But at the same time your not losing out either.

I've always loved the films, but never had one of the dvd's myself.. So thats why i decided to buy it. I cant stop watching the films now!

Great storyline, hot cars, girls and action, cant wait for the 4th to come...

so many people say these movies are no good and not worth watching, i thing they are wrong, as they deliver exactly what you want them to, cars and street racing! what else do you want from movies called THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS? i think the movies are excellent and i always find myself watching them over and over again. great movies for car lovers, and personally i can't wait for the fourth in June '09

My son is 11 years old and fascinated by cars. He loves playing on his games console and being able to design his own high powered sports cars. The races and the totally pimped up cars in these films he finds absolutely awesome ! He has just sat and watched two of the three films one after the other and I am convinced that given the opportunity he would stay up all night and watch all three again and again ! Obviously the certificate rating is higher that his actual age but given the story they are not a gruesome film and apart from the swearing that's about it (compared to some films its quite mild)
All in all a great set of films for my son and I am sure his mates would be into it too.

fantastic triology all as good as each other, keeping you in suspense. should bring back paul walker and vin diesel for a 4th must have been
