"Everybody loves raymond", a series about a man who has a great life but has interfering parents, is probably the only sitcom that I can laugh out loud at. The characters play off each other in such a unique way, and the script is a real gem.
The series in itself is fantastic, as well as the other series on DVD right now, from 1 to 6.
Most of it is based on Ray Romano's quick thinking and improvisation, and it truly is amazing how funny he is.The different takes are shown in the bloopers section, which you can find on the last disc of the series.
There are lots of extras, from the hilarious bloopers to countless deleted scenes and commentary.
I urge you to buy this DVD, and many others from the "Everybody loves Raymond" selection, as it has excelled far from the likes of "Friends" and "King of Queens" in the laughter department.
"The sitcom of our times", it truly is.

why we love everybody loves raymondwe all absolutely love this series, its the funniest thing on tv since friends, every character just bounces off each other, so no-one is funnier than the rest, despite raymond being the main character, i have bought the first 2 series and am lookng to buy the rest, i like to own the full set. we enjoy sitting down to eat our tea and watching this at 5 o clock on paramount comedy.

) Chaotic family life rules. The facial expressions of Brad Garrett (Robert) don't need words, Marie is so frustrating, makes you feel sorry for Debra, my mother in law is an angel compared to her!!
It would be better if the menu allowed for play all of episodes instead of having to select each one. Don't see the point of series index on all discs, more bonus material and audio commentary would be nice.
