Eurythmics - Ultimate Collection [Remastered] (CD 2005)

This album is very similar to that released in the early nineties (Greatest Hits), though it does contain a few additional tracks, including 'I Saved The World Today', '17', and the recently recorded 'Was It Just Another Love Affair?' and 'I've Got A Life'.

If you already have the Greatest Hits album you might not want to bother to get this one, however the inclusion of newer tracks brings us up to date with the Eurythmics hits and let's face it, each and every track is amazing and timeless.

A worthy addition to your collection.

To listen to Annie's voice over the years is to appreciate that she - along with fine wine - improves beyond words. If she was good - nay, excellent - to begin with, sadly - I do not have the words to describe where her soaring vocals and breathless storytelling in music can take you.
This album incorporates all the poppy, sing alongs and gives a great introduction to the band that brought intelligence to the music of the day.
Annie and Dave were - and in my opinion - will encapsulate forever the innocence where happy music still had a message and allowed one to feel it was OK not to be guilty of just loving the tunes! i defy anyone to say this is not a feel good listen! Enjoy!

All i can say is this is one of the good albums to really make your cd collection something. I have a vast collection but this is a very good addition.

if you like the 80's then the Eurythmics are the way to go. we all know the songs 'sweet dreams' and 'sisters are doing it for themselves' and annie lennox is one of the best singers still around today. this collection is one of the best of the greatest hits and allows you to recpature all those memories of the wacky yet wonderful decade!

yhis is a great album and the sound quality is second to none.... its grat for fans of old and new as there is some new tracks too... well recomended A+++++

Loved the eurythmics way back and after listening to the cd i know why. Just brilliant. I don t find the music dated at all,love pretty much every track.

Excellent album from a band who were one of the best in the eighties.Every song on the album still sounds great today.Best song is probably (miracle of love or sweet dreams).Annie lennox is a very good singer/artist.

This is the Eurythmics at their very best. Why oh why did they disband? I could listen to this all day. Excellent.

I can only say that as I only received an empty CD case only my imagination can tell me what a wonder I may have missed - Must just add that the seller did re-imburse my money.

the product was a music c d it is in first class condition with no scratches the information i got from the seller was both accurate and very helpfull and only paid a fraction of of the cost it would have been in a highstreet shop
