Enterasys Networks Enterasys Vertical Horizon 24-Port Ethernet Switch (VH-2402S)

This is my first review so go easy. as far as a product review goes.. well it ends here, I purchased these two babys not long ago, only to find that to actually make use of them, they require a VH-SMGMT module, the management card, there basicaly junk without it, all ports on the switch become disabled so you can do anything with it.

I think if the item description had actually stated that i might have saved my self £35 odd quid, so now i have to sell them on again, as to buy the module is going to cost to much.

So the lesson learnt here is, dont buy the Enterasys VH-2402s2 without the management module installed, unless you have one, because your wasting your money. they will not work without it, not even jsut as a switch.
