The remastered version of the 1972 album features 11 tracks from Eggs Over Easy.The San Francisco bar band Eggs Over Easy inadvertently started the British pub rock movement when they became stranded in London in 1970 after running out of money while recording this album and financed themselves by performing shows in London pubs. Produced by rock & roll guitar hero Link Wray, it's an impeccable, no-frills collection of post-Sixties West Coast rock & roll, and one can imagine its appeal to a generation of musicians weary of the excesses of progressive rock. This collection also features four bonus tracks recorded at various points throughout the 1970s.
