The Eagles were a major band from the 70's and are still out there today playing to huge audiences. This compilation will more then whet the appetite to see them.

If you like The eagles in a casual way this is the perfect collection.
Every classic is included, with some crucial album tracks,and "B" Sides.

"Lying Eyes", "Hotel California", "take it easy", and all the others are present and if you only buy one eagles cd this should be it.

In my opinion the last few albums, particually the latest "Long road to Eden" have been very average, and as a live band they aren't the best to put it politely.

Go grab this and enjoy some classic, and timeless music which has aged well.

This disc has all the favourites song of a band that are without doubt legends in their own right. Timeless classics that you can listen to many times over are on this disc.

I can remember the Eagles from way back in the 1970’s and enjoyed their music then. I’m delighted to have re3cently rediscovered them after so many years and had forgotten how good they are. They are very relaxing to listen to as well. Long may they keep on playing.

Pure nostalgia is the primary response when listening to all the songs on this album; not because I followed the Eagles first time round, but because I recognized many of the songs that had been sung by others and made famous originally by the Eagles. The lyrics, music, variety and different tempos; but no matter what age you are, if you have an ear for good music, rhythm, love songs or the blues, this will meet the bill. Try it.
The reason I bought it? Having been to hear the Moody Blues in Oxford, October 2006, the friend I was with mentined the Eagles and that era, and that set me off. I am hooked.

I decided to purchase this item as I recently had purchased an ipod and wanted to include the songs. For one reason or another I was not in a position to download all these songs and decided to do it through ebay because of the convenience and price factor.

I BOUGHT THIS CD AS A FATHERS DAY GIFT, MY FATHER WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE THE EAGLES ON TOUR BUT COULD NOT GET ANY TICKETS. I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE THE NEXT BEST THING.

Got the album for Desperado and Hotal Califorina and ended up liking more songs on disk one and disk two its a grat cd and will be telling any one thats a eagles fan to buy it

Pretty amazing as I would expect! Its got all their greatest hits on two albums, never get bored of it!

If you just wanted one recording of the Eagles this is the one to buy - it has every good song they have ever released as singles and then some; spans their entire career (except the latest album, which is no great shakes anyway) from 1971 to 2001.
Even if your not the biggest Eagles fan on the planet this collection is worth having - but once you're hooked, go out and buy Hotel California and you won't look back (ha, ha)...

there is a good collection of songs on there. its really easy listening esp in the car.!!!! eagles fan will love it.

was delighted with the whole collection. The music plays well and had no scratches on it. The combination of slow and meaningful tunes ws delightfully well copiled. Since it was bouhgt as a gift to my mrs she was exceptionally happy and likes to listen to it most of her free time.
