I'm not very happy with the phone, firstly it was described as having as having SatNav installed, so I had to buy additional software. I wrote to the seller and they admitted that the description was wrong. Now I find that the GPS does not work and have been told that if I want a refund I have pay a £10 admin charge and a 10% fee to get my money back on an item that does not work properly. It's a pity really as the phone is quite nice, but it's let down by poor servive from the vendor.

Im in love with the phone, but i find it tends to freeze a lot. i get my wife calling me on landline to ask me why my phone is off. I look at it and the green light is flashing, i try to use it and it does not respond. So i have to reset it more than ive ever done with any phone ive owned. The battery is rubbish. Every time i go to visit friends i have to carry my usb cable because i know i will have to recharge. Oh yeah, the sat nav software? non existent. But the phone is just a beauty. if only it did not embarass me...

) This phone works a lot better after reading the forums. Do not install the software upon installation or it will be sluggish at best. Some of the software is useful but generally not required. Installed Tom Tom 6 on and works okay. Mobile phone signal reception could be a problem but hoping to find a fix. Generally, this phone is an excellent alternative to HTC but lack of RAM makes it a bit slower when combined with Windows Mobile 6. Windows Mobile 5 with 64mb RAM works faster. Recommended if you do not mind playing about with it a bit first and generally finding what software you do need, then only install that.
