Dyson DC25 Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum

It might be stylish, it might be pricey but it does the job better than any other vaccum we've ever had.
We'd had a Dyson previously, the drag around type that I just couldn't get on with. I wanted an upright and so chose a Vax (Mr F did that "you'll be sorry" thing). In truth it seemed o.k. Then we moved from a house with wooden floors to one with carpets. The Vax's limitations were cruelly exposed.
So I convinced the Mr F that the Vax was broken and needed replacing. It's been a few weeks since we bought an upright Dyson and it's been worth every penny. I just wish e-bay sold something to wipe that smug look off his face every time he sees me with the Dyson. Debs.

Great vacuum. Easy to use and set up. Great performance. Only negative is size of dust collection needs, emptying too often. Even though an expensive vacuum well worth the price.

Fantastic vacuum cleaner and highly recommended. I decided to try out the Dyson 25 and was amazed at how great it is. I've always had a cylinder vacuum cleaner but wanted to try an upright for a change. I opted for the Dyson 25 because it's so light at approx 6kg compared to the Vax models which all weigh approx 10kg. Although the Vax rep implied that the ball was a gimick I disagree because it makes vacuuming soooo much easier. The extendable hose on the Dyson is handy for a full flight of stairs, and this vacuum picks up like a dream. It's very easy to go between rooms with carpet and wooden floors. Although it was more than what I wanted to pay, I think it is well worth the money because it comes with a 5 year guarantee and I'm sure I won't be buying a replacement vacuum for a very long time.
I've already recommended one to my mum and sister-in-law. I've never felt so passionate about a vacuum cleaner. I should be on commission from Dyson!!!

We have used many vacuums from well known brands that dont last, longest about 1 year and couple of months. We've used vax, hoover, morphy richards, electrolux and panasonic etc. Dyson ball made the carpets come up like new, all other vacuums made my expensive carpet look worn out, as the fibres were all pressed in and not upright. With just one run with the ball, the fibres were upright and it looked like new.

Would definitely reccomend, and plus the 5 year guarantee, dyson must be sure with their products to give that kind of guarantee.

Never changing to another brand, going to always stay with a dyson vacuum cleaner.
