
Paid 2nd Feb - 3rd March still no product just excuses

I have no idea if the dysons are what they're cracked up to be because after I paid immediately after buying on 2nd Feb, seller told me on at least 2 occasions that he'd sent the dyson and he blamed the courier, DHL for me not receiving it.
Well, maybe time to change the courier? Especially as seller insists that DHL have lost dysons on at least 5 occasions over the last month? (yes, Iknow, a bit unbelievable.....do I look stupid?)
Excuses from day one - first blaming paypal for him not having the funds to be able to deliver, and then blaming DHL.
I very rarely leave bad feedback for sellers, as thankfully, most sellers on ebay are honest people - this seller however has ignored both mine and paypals emails and yet still seems to be selling, so clearly has access to the internet and a pc.
Due to the seller ignoring my request for a refund, I claimed my money back via paypal -
MY ADVICE? ALWAYS PAY VIA PAYPAL AND THEN WHEN/IF THINGS GO WRONG, YOU WILL BE COVERED FOR A FULL REFUND.
Note to seller: its a shame you wasted both mine and your own time for the past month - an answer to my emails would have been nice.
