The dyson had not had a service like the seller said as the hoover was not working when i recieved it. i contacted the seller and he explained how to fix it which i did. The hoover needed 2 new filters and had no tools as it stated when i bought it. I have contacted the seller numerous times and still not recieved the tools. I've owned one of these for a few years now and never had a problem. It's easy to empty/clean and isn't too heavy to use. Cleans equally well carpets and hard floors. Definately recommended. I am on my second now the old one is still working but is noisy now so is used as a spare vac. The new one came from KD Appliances here on ebay and is fantastic looks new and works like a brand new one. The delivery was within a couple of days which was important to me as my reason for buying this product was that my other machine had packed up so I was without a vacuum cleaner. It was a reconditioned machine and I was impressed with how clean it was and the over all condition, all in all I feel that I made a very satisfactory purchase of a very good commodity.
