The hoover was not as in good condition as expected. The dyson had not had a service like the seller said as the hoover was not working when i recieved it. i contacted the seller and he explained how to fix it which i did. The hoover needed 2 new filters and had no tools as it stated when i bought it. I have contacted the seller numerous times and still not recieved the tools.

I've owned one of these for a few years now and never had a problem.

It's easy to empty/clean and isn't too heavy to use.

Cleans equally well carpets and hard floors.

Definately recommended.
