Dying Young / Sleeping With The Enemy (DVD 2003)

1)Dying Young
A modern opera of love, music and dying. Julia Roberts is as young and beautiful as ever. Campbell Scott dramatizes the physical and psychological effects of chemotherapy on a young man, dying from leukemia, to perfection. You could not think of a better setting than the rocky Pacific coast of Mendocino, California with its melancholic moods and its somewhat eccentric population, to give perspective to the end of this tragic story. A brilliant film, very emotional and touching. A must see for all ages.
2)Sleeping With The Enemy
Although now obviously a little dated, this is most deffinately one of my favourite films with a good story line. Julia Roberts, as always, very good in the role of the nervous and frightened wife and Patrick Bergin at his most calm, quiet yet menacing character. You anticipate what will happen next but the whole film is held together very well with a breathtaking climax. This film is fantastic, and I have yet to find anyone who didn't like it.
If you're buying a new movie, then this package is definitly one for your collection. I'd give it 100/100.
