An awesome slice of Sabbath influenced metal. Down features members of Pantera, Corossion Of Conformity, EyeHateGod and Crowbar...so if you know those bands you'll know what to expect. HUGE riffs, searing solos, Badass bass and Phil Anselmo's great voice....there's even a bong solo on Hail The Leaf! For me the best tracks are Stone The Crow, Pillars Of Eternity, Nola and Eyes Of The South....but all the tracks are killer! If you like your rock HEAVY..then buy this album you won't be disappointed.

) Great debut album,had heard good things about the band but never got round to actually checking the band out.Would most definatley reccomend to anybody into real,proper heavy metal!
