The last Doors album, it's mostly electric blues with a few surprises thrown in. The standout tracks are the title track (amazingly danceable), the best-known one, "Riders On The Storm" and The WASP, which is basically a recital of Jim's beat poetry with a chorus added...and a slamming guitar riff.

If you have the first and last Doors albums, you don't really need the ones in between.

the cd was bought after i had heard some of there music, and so was'nt disapointed when the cd came through the letter box, well good cd very enjoyable,totaly rock and roll, i would recomend it to anyone who is thinking about buying a doors cd to concider this one...i have also bought the doors greatest hits which is also a very good album to own....

I bought it on vinyl 30 ish years ago, and have never got fed up with it, unlike a lot of stuff i bought in my teens. Just simply very good.

The last official release of the doors is without a doubt one of their best. Following the awesome rocky morrison hotel, this album takes a different turn. Doors were into the blues for years and this album leans heavily that way. With tracks such as crawling king snake, the wasp, been down so long, and the amazing changeling.you simply cant go wrong. At wait there's more..
This album also has the stunning riders on the storm and the title track. Which is regarded by many as the all time doors song. This album is awesome. Enjoy.
