Doc Martin - Series 1-3 - Complete (DVD)

If you like Martin Clunes, then this series is for you.
Watched this the first time round on the telly and I thoroughly enjoyed it, and Martin's role is superb!
He plays a pompous and talented surgeon, who has two failings... he doesn't mix with people very well and he faints at the sight of blood!
He winds up in Port Wenn in Cornwall where he grew up as the local doctor, and is at a total loss what to do with the locals and their friendly ways, and even starts to fall in love too!
This series is best classed as a comedy drama, and is very entertaining.
This is one to keep and here's to more of the Doc to come.

I BOUGHT A VACUUM CLEANER ON E.BAY. IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE OF THE BEST MAKES.
IT DOES PICK UP FINE,BUT THE NOISE IT MAKES IS HORRENDOUS.I GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE E.BAY ADDRESS BY PHONE TELLING THEM, WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A FALT.
THE LADY TOLD ME TO TURN THE CLEANER ON & LET HER HEAR IT,WHICH I DID,THEN SHE SAID THAT SOUNDS FINE THEY ARE A BIT NOISY.THAT WAS THAT!!!!!

THEY SAID FINE WE WILL SEND YOU ONE.I ASKED ABOUT THE GUARANTEE,THEY ASKED WHERE DID I BUY THE CLEANER,WHEN I SAID E.BAY THEY SAID SORRY WE DONT SELL ON E.BAY.THE ADVERT ON E.BAY MAKES YOU THINK IT IS THE MANUFACTURES BUT NOT SO.

Watched one or two episodes on tv and really enjoyed them so bought the whole series and am enjoying every minute of it. Very well writtemn and acted. First class!

Easy to watch, light hearted comedy ideal for family viewing.
Martin Clunes is absolutely fabulous as Doc Martin.
