Anyone who has a copy of this on the original LP might have been disappointed at the quality of the first cd copy in the early 80's. This remastered recording gives all of the great sonics that were missing from that particular copy. Worth getting hold of if you have the first cd and enjoy your Dire Straits in all it's wonderful detail.

This album is a classic! Mark Knopfler is a brilliant guitarist and has been consistent over the years churning out excellent tunes. I just hope this guy nver retires and leaves us waiting for more.
