In this modern gothic fable, Keanu Reeves plays eager Lomax and Al Pacino is the charismatic firm founder who knows there are cases to be won and souls to be lost. From Lomax's court triumphs and skyrocket rise to its double-twist ending, "The Devil's Advocate" is red-hot entertainment. Lomax's life, wife (Charlize Theron) and soul are on the line. I decided to buy it because the way it portraits conflict between good and evil is highly- poetic. Mixture of cultures in New York is awesome. Highly recommended for those who are seriously thinking about starting a law career without going against their own moral, consciousness and religious values. Better what during the day. And i'm a big Al Pacino film, but do NOT like Keanu Reeves. Any people who haven't seen the film , ignore the fact that Mr Reeves is in it.. And just admire Mr Pacino's great performance as the devil. And also Charlize Theron is in it YUMMY!!! :-) I decided to buy the film as i only have it on Video and lost my DVD copy.
