Dell Latitude™ C600 (C600850) PC Notebook

Great little laptop, ideal as a secondary pc for when on travels abroad. Slim design not too large. Wouldn't reccomend as main computer but as a mobile office it's fine.

as i said it crashes often and there is a small problem with the USB but i fixed that.... came preinstalled with illegal software. have removed this and installed Ubuntu..

everyone should be careful of preinstalled software. this version of windows XP was pre-release and VERY buggy at best

This product performed as described for no more than half an hour. After that all sound functions failed and the picture started to break up. The seller refused to refund any money as she claimed it had worked when she sent it. I would not advise anybody buying anything similar unless you also get ripped off.

The Dell Latitude PC Notebook was in good condition for its age(about 4 years). it was purchased for my wife as a first laptop mainly for gaming and internet shopping. Unfortunatly the DVD driver has been deleted and the wireless card seems to be not working, however on the whole I am quite pleased with the item. We will probably be able to reinstall a driver for the DVD, its still early days as we have only been in posession for 4 hours (the record collection left on the media player makes your skin crawl)

This laptop is faulty, not working at all
I have been fooled and paid my money for something which doesn't work

I want my money back for this item. The screen is absolutely shatters inside and I can't even log on - I think it's disgusting that people are allowed to sell sub-standard items like this.

I bid and won this item and payed by (Pay Pal) the safest method.
Got told wanted postal order only after I paid, replied that the listing accepted Pay Pal and the item was now paid for so send it to me.
I got a story that his dad had the Pay Pal account and could not access it and his dad was on holiday etc, I replied that a legal transaction has now taken place and I expected my item paid for.
I was sent a refund through pay pal, I replied that I wanted the item I paid for not a refund and very strange that there was no access to a Pay Pal account a few minutes ago but now there is?
So I see that there was a scam here to collect postal orders posted to the seller and not part with any goods, possibly the real seller of the account was not aware of what was going on, I can only speculate on this nefarious act.

i liked the fact that i had the chance to pay it straight away. there was no fuss about it or bidding.

this laptop was received very well wrapped unfortunately description was inaccurate as the lid does not stay up - keeps falling down, and the mouse does not work properly it has a life of its own, contacted seller who was insistent that it was fully working, which is not the case. quite dissapointed with response from seller, was really looking forward to receiving this laptop. the faults are not something that would happen in transit.
