i'm using this on an ATI pci-e video card which although it is a dualhead internally, has only one DVI-out connector. this gives me an additional vga-out to feed the 2nd display.

This item solved the problem of connecting my old vga monitor to the dvi-d socket on my new desktop computer perfectly. The seller described the product very clearly for me to understand its application.

very good
) I just bought a HD TV for my son for his Birthday, but the TV only had one DVI to connect his ps and his ps3. Before my son had to put the ps3 or the ps one at a time to play, but with this item he has both ps and ps3 connected to the TV at the same time.
