I have a fair sized collection of exercise dvd's now including most of Davina's DVD's. I love the new 'Super Body Workout' as it is very fast paced and full of punches/kicks which really give your body a good workout & you will feel the benefit all day afterwards. The first time I tried it I found it quite hard to keep up with the moves but after the second time I got the hang of it and now love it! I have lost my target weight (and inches from my waistline) very quickly thanks to Davina's dvd's and would recommend all of them. I do find this one more tiring than her others.... your heart will be thumping by the end and you will definitely get sweaty! Also the great thing with this dvd is being able to choose other 'add ons' to the end of the workout (abs/legs etc) and there is an extra hard abdominal workout which I have yet to try! Once you get into the routine of working out at home you will be addicted. Good luck!

Heard great reviews about this workout DVD, so decided to get it for myself! only done it for the first time today, and am already feeling the pain in my legs!!! works the whole body, so lets hope i start seeing results soon!!!!

Love the kickboxing and as always Davina keeps you going with her good sense of humour. The abs extra work out was really hard but I think its something i can work on and after loosing nearly 2 stone and still having a belly I think this will be great.

Good workout,Not for the fainthearterd!!!!!!I wanted to loose the extra weight I'd put on after having a baby and searched the web to find out which was considered to be the best workout at the moment.
This DVD came up quite often and if not the top it was no lower than third in the ratings.
It's tough but you feel like Davina Mc Call is in there struggling with you,she's not constantly smiling throughout and isn't a skinny size zero.One feels that your goal is achievable.....and there are various workouts to relieve boredom and also make that transition with you as you become fitter.
I just thought I'd check on Ebay to see if I could buy one second hand but to my surprise I was able to buy it new but at half the normal retail price.
So all in all I picked up quite a bargin,I'm getting fitter and loosing weight,but be warned this is not for the fainthearted.As they say No pain,No gain!!!!
