Davina - My Pre And Post Natal Workouts (DVD)

This is an easy work out there are very fun and are a bit like small dances only about 15mins long each.

Each section has a warm up a main part and an end,they are all easy to do.
you can stop at anytime and just pick up where you left off as they are all called something new and are in the main menu.

The only thing wrong with it is that Davina pulls funny faces and she talks to the trainer all the way though like they are not being filmed this makes me forget what im doing and it makes the dvd hard to concentrate on.

Other than that i have lost inches and it is working slowly as this is the best way after having a baby.

This dvd is great during pregnancy - I am 31 weeks pregnant and this dvd is totally manageable after a day at work and is helping me to still feel as trim and toned as possible. It's a gentle and safe workout, it won't burn the calories but it helps you feel a bit more toned and refreshed at the end of the day.

i got it for my wife she just had baby and wanted it to get back in to shape its good doing the job as she like her and she looks fab well it6 was good buy cheeper than shop any thing to save money is good

Really good workout dvd. Perfect for pregnancy, way better than all those three hour dvd's that spend all that time just telling you to breath in through one nostril while squashing the other. brilliant for modern mums and mums to be.

I decided to by this dvd as im quite fit and wanted to continue my fitness throught my pregnancy. What i like about this dvd is that it focuses on toning and gentle cardio throuout pregnancy without any over exertion injuries.

I'm 23 weeks now so can only review for the pre natal part. I bought this because it has good reviews on Amazon. The DVD is split into 2 main parts for pre and post natal, plus some bonus advice from Davina. The Pre natal has a warm up, aerobic, toning and stretch sections. On the whole I find that the exercises are too slow going generally. I have other pregnancy exercise dvd's that have different sections, or different instructors for you to follow depending on what trimester. (Y-Plan and Shiva Rea Yoga). I think that is better as i think anyone in there 1st or early 2nd trimester who is used to exercising will find Davina's too easy. Erin O'Brien's Prenatal Fitness Fix is a v good workout for those who are fit enough. I find Davina's is good for days when I am feeling less energetic. I imagine that going into the 3rd, that this dvd will come in useful. As mentioned in Amazon reviews only buy if you like Davina as she jokes with her instructor through out and it can get annoying if you watch it too much. On the whole good - but only as part of my pregnancy exercise collection.

great workout and just what i needed for pre natal. arrived quickly and smoothly. would recommned this to anyone looking for a gentle workout to keep fit and supple during preganancy - and davina is very funny!

instructional dvd, some of the routines are basic. but if they work for myself then great!! i bought this dvd because davina has a fabulous figure after having 3 kids, im about to have my 2nd child any time now and if i can get back my pre children body i will be very very happy! if i do acheive this it will be money well spent. and thants to davina and her personal trainer for putting together this dvd workout, thannk you.
