I bought this Davina DVD after being recommended it by a friend. I ahve tried different work out DVD's before and, as I'm not the most co-ordinated person in the world, found some of them a little overwhelming!
Davina's is different. It gives you the choice of 3 workout methods, the usual physical, boxercise and one that concentrates on a pilates type balance technique.
My favourite is the boxercise, you can feel that you've had a good work out and the 30 minutes is just long enough to stop you from collapsing from exhaustion. All workout's incorperate a warm up and cool down section, and, another very usefull tool, you can, if you want to, choose to shut Davina up a bit and do the work out's to the music!! Brilliant. If you're looking for a work out DVD for beginners, this one's for you. Stick with it, it gets easier the more you do it.
