DJ Yoda is an underground star and rightly so.
Making a name for himself with his mash ups and ability to scratch and mix with speed and style, DJ Yoda attempted to light up the charts with this, his first album.
Stand out track and first single Wheels took about 5 samples and created an awesome tune. Sadly, the rest of the album is quite a chore to listen too and at 18+ tracks DJ Yoda clearly struggled with creating some 4 minute masterpieces and chose to use fillers.
Amy of the other tracks are simply boring and don't do anything, relying on old skool hip hop cliches and sound effects.
There is some humour but it wears thin on the third listen.
Buy for Wheels and a few other moments but pray for better second outing.
