Despite the sheer brilliance of the previous three albums, there is that extra something in Together Alone which makes it the most compelling of all. The title track, which features at the end of the album is the best finale you could hope for - when I heard it live, the sound and visual impact of a truly wonderful band supported by a full Maori choir really did bring tears to the eyes. This album offers the perfect balance of great sing along tunes and sensitive, atmospheric sound. I really can't recommend it enough.
