Craig David - Born To Do It (CD 2002)

Back in 2000 everyone seemed to have heard the Artful Dodger song 'Rewind' which almost seemed to slowly push Craig David's name into semi-success without any real invdividual effort.

When 'Born to do it' arrived I had to see what all the fuss was really about and I was not disappointed.

This has become one of my favourite albums no matter what kind of music I am currently listening to. There is a real mix of music styles and the difference between bouncey tunes to soulful ballads makes it really relevant to most people.

Overall this is a really good album with some quick tempo, bouncey, garage style tunes down to some slow soulful ballads and all in-between that will keep you singing along through the whole album and i'm sure you won't be disappointed if you buy it. 9/10.

Having listened to various tracks of this CD CD(!), I finally decided it would be good to own the whole album. Ebay pricing was a major factor in deciding, but I also think Craig is an excellent artist - one of a handful that appeals to the US market as well as here at home.
I was not disappointed on receipt of this CD. All of Craig's early hits were there: Fill Me In, Rendezvous, 7 Days and Walking Away. Other, less well known ones were also pleasant to the ear.
Very happy with my purchase.

This is one of the best cd's from Craig David, better than The Story Goes even though that is the latest one. I definately recommend this cd. "Fill Me In" was nominated for the 2002 Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal.

I think this was the best album from Craig. Having listened to the two follow ups. Its the one where you get the hear his vocal talents at there best, and the beats and music are just right.

Amazing first album of the talented Mr Craig David. Arguably his best album to date. With well known top 10 hits like 7 days, walking away and Fill me in. Hes an amazing singer with tracks to suit every mood.
I was devastated when my CD cracked, but within days it had to be replaced!

Smooth R&B modern music perfect for chilling out to. Especially love Once in a Lifetime and Can't be Messing around. Craig David is a lyrical genius! Recommended!

This for me is easily one the most recognisable albums ever written in the 21st century! Every track has been written to perfection to accommodate Craig David's voice and ever lyric on ever song just seems to fit perfectly! Classics like "Fill Me In" "Seven Days" and "walking Away" instantly makes you start singing along!

For me the best album you can buy in the high street! i recommend this, its a great album to have in your collection!

I have always enjoyed Craig David, but never purchased anything. Saw this one in the listings, and decided to give it a try. Magnificent - it appeals to most, can be good background music or can blast the eardrums when required! Love it, and would recommend it to all romantics.

The seller was very patient with waiting for me to pay, shipped straight away great seller well recommended.

I went to see Craig David in concert a few years ago, and although I bought the CD, I let my ex take the disc when we split up as a parting gift. I was very happy to think of searching for a replacement on eBay and finding it. Although the songs are a bit dated, and only half the album is worth listening to, I was very happy with my bid.

i love listening to soft r n b its soothing to the mind especially when you have had the kids around your feet all day.
I love to sing the words to the cd but realistically i dont sound so good.
I woud really recomend this cd i love it

Have used the old one so much it was time to get another one!
