Hi I wanted to see this a the cinema so I decided to buy a 3d one and found it wasn't much 3d and the film was not good. My kids watched part of if and thought not good as been at the cinema. I was very disappointing because the picture don't seem like 3d. I felt its not for watching 3d at home its not the same as the cinema thank you kate

Big Tim Burton fan so this just added to the collection i have. The PG rating seems a little low considering the content and themes of the film but its a fabulous movie. The 3d isn't as good as you think so i prefer the 2d version

3D effects are remarkable!!! Children are very delighted with the film and they want still to watch him. I recommend.++++

This is such a great film that I would recommend this film to everybody.
Coraline Jones (voiced by dakota fanning) moves to a new house with her mum (teri hatcher) and dad(John Hodgman), who are trying to set up their business in a new town. They are over worked and don't have much time for poor Coraline, so she has to entertain herself. she has eccentric neighbours, two ex actresses (voiced by jennifer saunders and dawn french) and a russian man training mice called mr.bobinski(Ian McShane) while out exploring she meets a boy, wybe and they become friends. while exploring her house coraline finds a door after annoying her mother for the key she opens it to find its bricked off, but at night jumping rats appear and coraline follows them through the door to the other mother, which my daughter is a little scared of because of the button eyes, and the other father. while at first the other mother tries to give coraline everything and the other father makes songs to sing to coraline trying to please her, every thing changes when the other mother wants to sew buttons onto coralines eyes and make her stay there. Coraline escapes and locks the door to the other mothers world but realises she must return in order for her real mum and dad to return. i found this film excellent although the other mother is a little scary it is still a great film. 5*
