Contax TVS Digital Camera

I bought this camera after reading reviews of various new digital cameras. I had recently bought a Samsung Digimax V800 (8 mp.) which gave superb results but lacked a viewfinder and I found the LCD screen - a huge 2.5") difficult to use on sunny days. Although made of metal it was quite light and I missed the solid feeling of my previous Casio Exilim.
I therefore looked for a camera made of metal, over 200 gms., and with a viewfinder. The Contax is only 5 MP but I seldom used more than 5 anyway - even 4 gives good A4 prints.
The Contax appealed for quality - titanium body, Zeiss lens, viewfinder adjustable for eyesight. It comes with a good leather cae and, very handy, remote control release for slow shots, self-portraits, etc.
I am very pleased with this camera and have only marked it down from 5 stars because the LCD screen is a bit small and the camera is a bit slow to start up.
However, for around £200 rather than the £7-800 when the camera was introduced this is a good value way of acquiring a quality camera that is "different from the pack".
