Poor quality footage made by people who do not have the necessary skills to produce any type of video production, with the exception of home movies and low end wedding videos.
If you are an enthusiast like myself, you will forgive its shortcomings as it does contain a couple of interesting snippets here and there.
The presenting technique, audio and picture quality looks like your uncle fred made it on a Saturday with his new 'cheap' cam corder that he found in someone's loft.
