Claire Sweeney - Perfect Fit With Weight Watchers (DVD)

Excellent DVD to help fit in 5, 10 minutes excercise to boost those weightwatchers points - or do a whole hours if you have time and energy - with 2 small children I only ever did up to 20 minutes, but am now lower than my goal weight so it works! Not very keen on Claire Sweeney myself, but at the end of the day the weight came off so was willing to put up with her!!

I decided to buy this dvd as i attend weight watchers meetings and i thought it would accompany the classes well, the DVD arrived and it was a pirate copy(not mentioned in auction listing).
I contacted seller and she said no probs return and i shall refund.
She wasn't in when the postman tried to deliver and she never collected from the post office, she is no longer a registered user.
I contacted ebay and went through the only help available which was the disute.
10 days passed nothing. Ebay not interested either!!

If you are a weight watcher and want to tone up as you lose weight this is a brilliant DVD. It is broken up into loads of 5 minute sessions so you can build a workout to suit you, working on different areas of your body or fat busting routines. You can choose to do 10 minutes or an hour depending on how long you have to spare. It really helped boost my weight loss and tone up after having a baby. I got my copy for only £4 on ebay - Perfect!!!

i wanted to try out lots of different fitness videos to find one i liked and wanted to pick them up as cheaply as possible incase i didn't like them.

The DVD was great as described and perfect and although I wasn't overly into the workout I didn't mind because I hadn't spent alot of money on my purchase and the food plan it came with is very useful.

this is an excellent workout,you can choose from 10 mins up ,you can always find a work out to fit vin with your time schedule.no excuse.

brilliant i thought! i love how the exercises are like 5minutes long each! it makes it seem like you havn't been exercising long at all. not only that but you get to choose how long you work out for and you get to choose wich exercise plan to do - there is plenty of choice so unlike most work out dvds you wont get bored after the first use!

good for selecting your own exercise plan, first exercise dvd i have bought, i would recommend this as your first exercise dvd, its easy to use and navigate, good for food planners for your healthy eating plans to co-inside with exersise

I decided to buy it to put more excercise in my life and had started a weightwatchers plan its a great dvd that allows you to choose how many minutes you excercise for which fits perfectly in to my daily routine

I bought this item in good faith and sent a postal order to the seller!!!
Big mistake - Item never received and postal order cashed - surprise surprise!!! I have definately learnt my lesson.
No surprise that the seller is no longer registered with E-Bay.
I wonder if they know that THEFT is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE!!!!!
I have sent numerous e-mails to the seller and never had a reply from them, they have my address and could have sent the item to me!!!!

IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AS AN EXERCISE DVD AS IT CAN BE USED FROM 10 MINUTE PROGRAMMES TO 60 MINUTES AND CAN BE TAILORED TO YOUR OWN SPARE TIME.I HAVE ALREADY DROPPED DOWN IN SIZE FROM A 28 TOP TO 24 AND 26 BOTTOMS TO A SIZE 20 !!!!YES, IT REALLY WORKS.

This is a excellent exercise dvd, i would recommend this to anyone who as children and not a lot of time on there hands.

This is a great DVD, to fit in whether you have 15 minutes or an hour to spare. Easy to follow instructions and easy to use in any sized front room without any specialized equipment. Although this accompanies the Weight Watchers healthy eating plan, I chose to use it indepently of the plan.

If you are looking for an all round fitness DVD without too much 'celebrity' hype, then I feel this is suitable. It works for me.

since joing weight watchers again, i thought id buy the dvd during the meeting, but thought ill try ebay first, almost less than half price....

i havent looked back.. briiliant work out video and have even shared it with family and friend, would recommend buying this dvd....

The dvd is quite difficult at first but the 10 min workout routines ease you into it and you can build from there. The advise given about exercise and eating habits is really good also, i would recommend this fitness dvd to anyone regaurdless of there fitness level there's something for everyone.

After having my baby last year and not having time to go to the gym I decided to try the at home approch.

I think this is well worth the money it is excellent where you can choose how long and what exercise you want to do. The additional help with the food menu is an excellent help also.

I would highly recommend this item for anyone wanting to get back into exercising. I enjoy the routines and do not find them too challenging, unlike other exercise dvds. They also make you feel at home as they have normal people working out and not some sporty types.

This dvd is really good if your wanting to tone your body up and get plenty of exercise!!! You can select the amount of time that you want to exercise for and also breaks up different routines you can do!!! I am very pleased with this dvd and would recommend it to other people!!!

I really enjoy this dvd, because i can do what i have time to do in the workout, you can pick your own or you can follow the programme set, it is brilliant for me as i try to get to the gym but dont always make it, so this helps at home.

if you are serious about losing wieght and toning up this a great dvd to work to, i love the fact that you can choose your own routines and how long you do it for.

Did not like this Claire Sweeny DVD, at the beginning I hated the way you have to sit and wait for them to read through the guidelines, the dvd does not let you forward this and go straight to the exercise so after hearing it a few times it gets very boring. Don't like Claire Sweeny in this at all, I found her to be very faulse and I really didn't like the exercise. Overall I was very dissappointed, I went to a Unislim class and bought a Unislim DVd and I have to say I love it, the exercise is great and I do it every day or sometimes twice a day.

Overall quite a watchable, do-able dvd...Claire speaks very little throughout, her trainer does most and is quite good. The exercise routines are punchy,changeable and achievable targeting all areas of the body we want to improve! Each session lasts 10 mins - there are lots to choose from to make your work out last as long/short as YOU want / targeting what'n'where YOU want.
I'm not a Weightwatchers fan...but good nutritional advice is given if you want it. It was the exercises I was interested in and I,ve found this DVD better than I thought and it has much more variety than most.
Trainer...good, (not showy/mouthy like some!)
Variety...very good - lots of different 10 min sessions to choose from
Presentation...non fussy/to the point/no gadgets

It is so easy to fit into your life, as it is in different time sections. I am seeing the results already and am losing inches fast!!!!
