Charmed - Series 3 (DVD)

Season 3 is my favourite series so far.

This is the season when we were introduced to new character Cole Turner (Julian McMahon), who will be Phoebe's love interest. This is also the season when Piper and Leo are married. But most important of all - this is also the season that Shannen Doherty's Character Prue Halliwell exits the show, in the brilliant episode 'All Hell Breaks Loose'. This is after Shannen's best ever performance (my view at least) in 'Primrose Empath'. Boy, can that woman act!

Other highlights over S3 include; Our introduction to Fairy's and trolls in 'Once apon a Time', a beautifully produced episode. The Halloween episode - 'All Halliwell's Eve' where the sisters go back in time to the 1600's. My favouriye guest star has to be the Angel of death (who also appears in season 7) who is introduced in 'Death Takes a Halliwell.

And the CHARMED humour is finely tuned in 'Westling With Demons' which features Prue and Phoebe in a demonic westling ring squaring up to Booker T, Scott Steiner and Buff Bagwell. And there are digs galore in 'Look Who's Barking' when Prue is turned into a dog

These were fake DVD's with poor quality printed covers which were blurred and you could hardly read. This item was not as advertised, new boxed set. Well might have been newly copied but definitely copies!!!

i bought the box set for my mum for mothers day, wen my mum got round 2 watch that series it does not work, it is region 1 which does not work on my mums dvd player and i didnt no it was region 1 at the time, i got in touch with the seller several time and he said i needed 2 get a remote and type a code in, i said i wasnt spending any more money, then he said abot a new dvd player, i said wots the point wen they av a perfectly good one, so i then asked him for his address 2 return the product and get my money bak but he has not been in touch since and it has been over a month now.
can u help me?

I am a big fan of the entire Charmed series but I was missing this one boxset. It was brilliant. It combines humour, everyday situations and problems as well as the supernatural ones that the three young witches face. I would recommend it to anyone. :o)

If you like the supernatural, magic & romance you'll just love this series. It's the usual good v evil with plenty of eye candy thrown in...but, trust me, the more you watch, the more you will get hooked!

Season 3 has three times the power, as well as all of the supernatural thrills and excitement as the "Charmed Ones" deal with the witching life of modern day. How could life get any more complicated for the Halliwell sisters?...one learns that her greatest love is also her greatest enemy; another defies ' The Powers That Be' to marry; and the untimely death of the third paves the way for the introduction of a half sister they never knew they had.

As you'd expect, there are some brilliant episodes in this series. "All Halliwell's Eve" - where the sisters travel back to the 1600's to protect a coven in danger of extinction and save their own future into the bargain! "Coyote Piper" - When a life essence takes possession of Piper, her soul is at risk of dying if Prue and Phoebe don't kill her body. "Blinded by the Whitelighter" - Where the Charmed Ones battle their most powerful opponent, an ancient warlock who threatens the existence of all Whitelighters...and the final chapter of this series, "All Hell Breaks Loose" - when Piper and Prue are exposed as witches, Phoebe sacrifices herself to the dark side to save them...but the deal destroys them all.

All 22 episodes make for a perfect potion of suspense-filled adventure and crafty humour when our heroines mix the business of battling evil with pleasure.

I love charmed and its so nice to be able to watch one episode after another and have a cuppa while my son is asleep.

I am hooked on charmed, my husband bought me series 1 and 2 but couldnt afford any more so i went on ebay and bidded on it. The one i bought was in ecellent condition and i am very happy with it. Cant waite to get the rest of them!!

i loved this series its been my favourite so far. it is full of passion and betrayal and the sisters are becoming stronger together along with their powers. it is a great buy and i cant wait to purchase series 4.

I've followed Charmed on the TV and have always wanted to have the DVD sets. They are excellent. The series are gripping and scary but as the series get bigger so do the characters.

I purchased from this site because the price was very reasonable.

Really love the fact that few of these episodes have been overplayed on Living TV. Had actually only seen three of them before, which made them all the more enjoyable to watch. Just as good as series 1 and 2.

I just love charmed, its entertaining and watchable.
I baught this box set because it was English version and after buying them all asian imports got fed up of having to turn sub titles off so baught all the english versions and let the kids have the asian ones.

I am a huge fan of charmed and now i'm building up the whole series 1 to 8. I purchase series 3 because i have 1 and 2 already and really enjoyed watching it all.

As ever, Charmed doesn't let us down. A brilliant series with lots of twists and turns with each and every character. I would really recommend it!

Season three is a must have if you loved seasons one and two.

I got season three at a very good price and they were originals.

This season has a really interesting storyline which made me want to keep on watching it.A lot of suprises, espeically the last episode.

we have loved charmed from the very first episode, and can not wait to watch the box set of dvd's.
we love to follow the complicated lives the halliwell sisters - prue, piper and phoebe lead.
they juggle being charmed, their jobs and their love lives with chaotic results, but still manage to look wonderful.
another triumph for aaron spelling who brought us charlies angels.

my son loves charmed so i got it for him for christmas. He has watched them every day when he comes home from college. i used ebay cause i know i can get great deals with some things. And i know that i will be byeing something else soon again so i know where to go to

as usual another great charmed season. i was never a fan of the show but i was made by my daughter to sit and watch it on tv. and now i've been buying the box sets

I have always been an avid fan of Charmed and watch it whenever I can on Living TV. As they have after 8 seasons stopped making it I decided to collect the DVD box sets and bought the first 2 seasons from a regular store. I was just browsing through eBay one day and discovered season 3 at a bargain price. As I know I can get the remaining seasons from eBay at a similar price I will be getting these too. The only thing I dislike about the item is the Box itself, when you buy from a regular store the boxes have plastic compartments that the discs clip to however with this one there is no plastic compartments however the seller places evey disc inside a plastic wallet to protect them. I feel this is a good buy and has a significant saving on the high street stores.

I enjoyed the tv series and as a christmas present my husband bought me the first series and since then i have been on the look out for the rest of the series. I like it because my whole family can sit down and enjoy it, there is something for everone from love, laughter and tragedy. I would have liked to have seen some extras but they don't have it, maybe it's because it is the Aussie format but all in all an enjoyable purchase.

I bought this item because I had missed a few episodes of this particular series when it was on tv, I enjoyed watching the ones I misted very much.

It was exactly what I was loking for. It was a gift for a friend who loves the series. It was cheaper than in the shops, it was not as bulky as those sold in the shop and it was exactly the same.

I am a huge fan of Charmed and this series does not disappoint. If you are a Charmed fan then this is a must.
