I have all the three cds but I bought the dvd because it is always nice to watch them sing. It is a nice concert with cool extras.

If you were impressed with the first Celtic Woman concert on DVD (at The Helix Centre, Dublin) you will be even more impressed with this one. The magnificent backdrop of Slane Castle at night provides the perfect setting for the vocal charms of Celtic songbirds Lisa Kelly, Chloe Agnew, Orla Fallon and Meav Ni Mhaolchath - this time joined by Hayley Westenra, together with the very impressive fiddle playing of Mairead Nesbitt. They glide impeccably through a set of 25 pieces which showcase them as soloists, duetists, and group singers. They are backed by a full string orchestra with the addition of Celtic whistles and drums and a choral ensemble, all under the musical direction of the extremely talented David Downes.
I have watched this DVD many times in the last few months and continue to be just as charmed by it as I was the first time I saw it, and I can guarantee that I will be watching it many more times yet!
This is probably one of the best of the many music and concert DVDs in my collection. Highly recommended.
