Grab a place on the couch, or go find a seat, for you're in for a wonderful Dr.Seuss treat! The Cat in the Hat who goes by that name is played by Mike Myers of comedy fame!
It starts with two kids on a cold, cold, wet day. Their mum is at work, and they've no games to play! Then in walks the fun in the form of a Cat who pulls out the laughs from the brim of his hat. Things really get wild when The Cat and his crew (who go by the names of Thing One and Thing Two), take over the house of Conrad and Sally in this fine family film that's right up your alley!

) Simply a funny movie for young children. They laughed and enjoyed it.
The script might be up to date but the storyline is a repeat of the classic Mary Poppins where children are having issues at home when in drops a character to save the day and teach everyone some lessons on life.

) Fantastic film the my daughter has watched over and over and over again......
It has great comical sections that are eye catching for both adults and children an the leading characters are very funny with their bright clothing and over acting roles. This is a movie that will be forever capturing the imagination of all viewers. Well recommend and great for a rainy afternoon.

) This is a really great family film nieces and nephew loved the film and watch it over and over. They first saw it at a friends house so I decided to buy a copy and it has definately been money well spent as it keeps them entertained during the lovely british summer when we have been unable to go out!!

I love everything about this film. It's funny, has a great story line and is just one of my favourite films.
I decided to buy this film because i had this on DVD already but lost it. It's that good i bought it again!

i bought the dvd for my daughter, it took a long time to arrive and i emailed the seller whom explained i sent a e cheque which i didnt have a clue what it was. all sorted out now with ebay so thanks for leaving me a negative feedback!! and i wasnt rude!!

the cat in the hatwe bought this dvd for our daughter who loves her dr seuss books.she hasnt watched it yet but we have (the parents!!!)if you like mike myers you will love this film.its an all action film with mike myers stealing the show as the cat in the hat-although some Austin powers characters do seep in.its madness and mayhem from start to finish.our daughter is nearly four and although she loves the books i think this film is a little too full on for her so would suit an older child.the exras are worth a watch too as some funny moments

ITS DEFINATLY A KIDS FILM ALTHOUGH THE MORE YOU WATCH IT THE MORE IT WARMS TO YOU.GREAT PERFORMANCE BY THE CAT (MIKE MYERS) BUT YOU WILL HEAR THE CHARACTERS HE HAS PLAYED BEFORE IN THE PERFORMANCE.AUSTIN POWERS ESPECIALLY.WE GOT THE GRINCH AS WELL WHICH I MUCH PREFERED BUT GET THIS............THE KIDS LOVED IT WHICH IS WHAT MATTERS. THEY ALL SAT THERE QUIET FOR THE WHOLE OF THE FILM AND THEN WATCHED IT AGAIN..SO IF YOU WANT A QUIET LIFE GET THIS FOR THE KIDS.....A DEFINATE A+

I was asked to get the cat in the hat DVD for a birthday present. I looked in the shop with no luck then I came on here and found what I was looking for. The DVD came in excellent condition. The only problem I had was the DVD came loss and I had to open it before I senting it on, There was no scratches so all was well. I take it plays well as no one has told me otherwise!!!
