I bought the handheld TV because I thought it might come in usefull; being on a train, stuck in traffic etc. On the whole the reception is pretty poor, however when you do manage to get a decent reception you can more or less make out what is on the screen although it does give you a headache after a while! In summary, if I had paid top whack for it (I think some shops still sell them for £100!) then I'd be a bit upset, but at just over £10 it is still a bargain. It's simple to use, you can't store any channels but the scanner is OK and you can usually pick up all 5 terrestrial channels, with varying degrees of reception. The radio-type arial is a bit old fashioned, but for the price I paid on ebay I'm relatively happy. Review ID: 10000000003039855 Was this review helpful?
