) Have earlier EX-Z850 6.1 megapixel version which has been and still is excellent.
This EX-Z29 10.1 mega pixel camera does not have a viewfinder and the controls are not as easy to use, especially the zoom, as on the earlier camera and it relies on an "on screen" menu bar to control the various camera options.
However, the results are excellent and the camera delivers high quality photographs. The movie setting is good and allows optical zooming during filming which the earlier version did not.
Altogether a very good small sized compact camera for a modest price.
