The most extraordinary record of an amazing event in Rome unlikely to be repeated for a very long time. Now Pavarotti has left us it is even more an historical occasion. The more you watch the three tenors the more the you will realise just how much effort went into staging the event, without the camaraderie between the guys the show would have never worked. I just wish I had been there, but the recording will be with us for ever.
