One of my favourite albums. If you love a deep gravelly voice and a good mix of rock songs then this is the album for you. A perfect follow up to The Callings 1st album Camino Palmero. You won't be disappointed.

Personally I found this album not quite as good as the first.
The songs are much more mature, and so they have obviously lost that youthful feel to their songs. The first album was more about being young and reckless and making mistakes (if I remember correctly). This album is more about helping others and generally being nice to people.
Whilst the album is still good and boasts the hit single 'Anything', it is not quite as good as the first (for me). The first album has more hit singles on, and I can associate myself with the songs more. Thats why it is better for me.
It is a good attempt at a second album and follows the first nicely.

the calling -lli to was a little disappointed with their second offering mind you it is probably because their first lp is absolutley great the tracks on this one are good & soon get into your head i am a big clash fan i just wish they had not done the cover of london calling it just does'nt work but the rest of the songs are good perhaps after a few more listens i might get to like as much as the first lp
