My son has an iphone and I fell in love with it, however the price of an iphone phone is just silly. I researched this phone and found a ebayer who offers 1 year UK service (not the return to China option) which gave me the confidence to buy this phone.
I have had the phone for one week and so far have been very impressed. It has dual sim cards and I have both working I have used Swisscom, Orange UK, and Cytavodafone in the phone with no problems so works well in France Germany and Switzerland. I have had no problems with signals and strength. A quick start guide was provided and in that there is a link to the full English manual which I printed from the internet. It will not take automatic settings for MMS so you have to set this up yourself, however my seller provided intructions this for me via email and following the idiots guide it worked fine.
The Main advantage is running 2 sims at once, I have different ring tones and know which line is being called.
I hardly use the stylus provide and find just tapping with my nail works very well. The camera is not brilliant (but it is a phone), it does have a video which my son's iphone doesn't. Other features include, the usual games, calculator, currency converter, email, wap, mms and Java which opens up a whole new field of applications.
My favourite extra is the ebook reader, I have downloaded 6 books and read 2 they are easy and convenient to read, and free, (obviously not latest novels but 1000's to choose from. You can also download music and video's.
Dislikes, nothing that would stop me highly recommending the phone, shake funtion changes wallpaper and music with a shake but annoying so just turned it off, now not annoying. qwerty key board was odd to start with instead of predictive text but after a week I am use to it, you would need to use the stylus to tap emails out if no nails and can be fiddly. I would not buy this for my husband as he can be very unforgiving with a mobile (quite often found rolling about on the car floor) and although I have had no problems I would worry about it's durability if dropped or treated badly.
All in all I would say as a cheap alternative to an iphone with the options of any sim (except 3 I think) or 2 sims at once, pay as you go or contract it's ideal and if you find out you don't like touch screen phones you haven't lost alot.

The phone is slow,has bad memori,is nothing i thuought it would be and to top it all of the phone broke after two days.I am not happy with what i got and i want to send it back and have my money given back, because i brought the phone for 60 and after looking thing up it is wroth 25 pounds..I'm not very happy.And how ever sold this phone to me is not e-mailing me back..

Smartphone or not!?!?This item was delivered in a Sciphone box and has a Sciphone label under the battery but it does not operate like a Sciphone and is most likely a copy.
On the plus side, it does work like a normal phone for calls and SMS messages although the erratic sensitivity of the screen leads to frustration when trying to input numbers and letters.
On the negative side, the lack of a decent set of instructions does not help but the erratic responses of the touch screen cause problems in all aspects of operation of the device and the in-built screen calibration does not provide any improvement in this respect. The camera quality is not good resulting in extremely poor quality photographs being taken and when trying to download photographs to the device it will not accept greater than 256kB so photographs have to be "dumbed down" accordingly. The battery is totally inadequate for the device. Even with minimal use as a phone it needs charging every other day and to try and use it as an MP3 player is out of the question.
Overall, it is considered to be poor value for money.

i decided to try the sciphone i68 because it looks just like the i phone and works in the same way apart from there is no wifi ,
after getting one from china on ebay i was left feeling quite dissapointed to start with but after a lot of surfing found other people who had the same problems and over come them.
these phones take quite a bit of setting up to work in the uk and finding a compatable sim was a mission then manualy entering the addreses for mms, its good points are it can hold up to 8 gig sd card and the picture shuffle feature and it runs on a type of windows media the screen graphics are good not as good as the real thing but clear and strong colours.
but the apps are few and far between you can purchase some packages for the phone on ebay and a very helpfull forum exists to help and get free apps but again most of the apps do not work with this phone and those that do are very difficult to control .
warning dont purchase a reconditioned unit that costs around 40 pounds there badley done usualy have a faulty touch screens like mine i went cheep because i loose phones .
the phone has video and photo function but shame they only put about 1.3mp camera into the phone very poor quality .

Although it looks the part, this phone is rather disappointing. The operation of the touch screen was hit and miss and as it wouldn't read my SIM card it was to me totally useless. The lack of a wireless facility was also shame. I sent oit back to the seller under their no quibble guarantee and was refunded instantly. Full marks to them

Having 2 sims working simultaneously is brilliant brilliant brilliant...but the phone itself is very un-user friendly - the keypad for texts is labour intensive - you keep having to flip through different menus to get the right symbol/spaces/etc - forget about finding a £or€ sign!!! another ridiculously inconvenient feature is that it will not save your outgoing messages or drafts - so if you hit the wrong button your whole text is lost - there is a facility to save & send - but it only works with the first text you send to someone - it will not save any of your replies - finally - there is no function to save more than one number to a name - which is made evenmore annoying by the phones failure to realize that 0### ### #### is the same number with a +44 so you have to save everyone in your phone book twice -seperately arrgh. also you can switch the menu command shortcuts around but you can't switch them from page to page - but they've put stupid menu shortcuts on the "first"page and have you scrolling to other pages for everyday menu "shortcuts" like calendars, profiles etc... in short, i love the dual sim facility but hopefully i will be able to find this feature in a better phone!!!

this phone is cool. i bought one the week before and turns out it was fake the comparison is non descript this is a aston martin the other one i bought is a robin reliant. the differance in quality is beyond belief i dont know how these fake sellers get away with it.

This phone is very like the iphone and is quad band and works on any network. Takes a little bit of getting used to due to the fact it is a touch screen but is very easy to use and looks very stylish - would highly recommend esp as its much cheaper than the iphone.

excellent phone, i love the touchscreen and phones capabilities. I havent found anything about the phone that i dislike although i am struggling to get access to the internet. I was really loking for a phone with a full touch screen and a large memory for storing songs and photographs and this phone is ecellent for that. My daughter loves gadgets and we saw this as a cheaper alternative to an

I have an LG Cookie myself and prefer this phone hands down.
It's different, as you don't freely see them for sale on the High St, and with the leather case very stylish.

I like the phone, don't get me wrong but the battery life is absolutely terrible.
